I thought it would be fun to share with you guys some insights into 'Dutch cooking'. The original chocolate truffels are from Belgium, but they are also well known in Holland. In this instructional cooking video, you will learn how to make the 'Dutch' version of these delicious chocolate truffels.

The Dutch chef in this video is named "Baard" (Beard) and he has a whole variety of cooking videos where he teaches viewers how to make a number of recipes using weed. He doesn't speak English unfortunatley, but the video below is subtitled so that everyone can watch and enjoy.
