On my way to Texas I made a pit stop in the 'Deep South' at my sisters to visit for a while. I never did like it down here. That's for sure. It's Octooer so it's pretty fucking cold right now. Well it's actually not THAT cold... but I've lived in Florida for half of my life so anything below 75 degrees is cold to me. I mean, we don't really have a "winter" in Florida. February is basically our winter. And it doesn't get very cold. I recall times of going to the beach on Christmas.
But anyway back to the deep south.
It's dirty. It smells. And the worse part about it which makes me just want to kill my self right now is that there are a shit load of spiders. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. I can't stand it. Why? Why does there ever have to be so many goddamn spiders in one place? There is no reason. It's bullshit. Nothing I can do though. I won't be here for very long anyway so I'm trying to not think about it.
And I can't fish. That another thing that sucks. If you know me you know how much I love to fish. But I'm no longer on the Ocean so fishing is stupid to me up here. Im a salt water angler. I don't know anything about fresh water and bass fishing. So fuck it. I'll just wait till I can get back to the Salt Life.
That's enough bitching I'd say. On a good note there is one positive thing about this place. They have fucking hella skate spots. Dozens of stair sets of all various sizes. Ledges for days. Gaps, rails, you name it. No transition which kind of bums me out. But I'm not going to sweat that.
