DEA Makes A New Recruit

The DEA has found a new way to fight the so called "War on Drugs". Their new plan is to send a new recruit down to Mexico to use up all the drugs. Therefore shutting down cartels and drugs shipments into the US. But who might you ask will they recruit to do that? What human being could possibly complete that mission? Who in their right mind would consume that many illegal substances?
